His debut feature documentary, Schmeichel the definitive story of football legend and one of the greatest goalkeepers of all time, which was released in 2025. As an editor, Owen has shaped some of the most acclaimed sports documentaries of recent years, including I Believe in Miracles, BAFTA Cymru-nominated Don't Take Me Home, The Three Kings for Box to Box Films, and The Greatest Game for Sylver Entertainment. His television credits include three seasons of the multi-award-winning Formula 1 series Drive to Survive, alongside the Sports Emmy-nominated Bad Sport for Raw TV and Netflix. Owen was Lead Series Editor on the International Emmy-winning documentary series Brawn: The Impossible Formula 1 Story for Hulu and Disney+, further establishing his reputation for crafting high-performance stories driven by character, emotion and extraordinary achievement.
